This year, we’re featuring the Burrata al Forno during La Pizza Week!

The Burrata al Forno reimagines the classic bread and burrata experience. Instead of toasted bread, we build it on our house stretched pizza dough layered with pizza sauce, roasted ndujasausage, and fresh campari tomatoes.

The result is creamy, spicy, and fresh, built for sharing with heat from the nduja balanced by the cool burrata and peppery greens!
